Kion Reaches Agreement with Eurofork to Sell Pallet Shuttle Systems and Forklifts to Linde, Still, and Dematic Customers

KION Group has established a strategic partnership with Eurofork S.p.A., a leading pallet shuttle system manufacturer. The cooperation agreement was signed at the KION GROUP AG headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. According to the agreement, Eurofork’s E4CUBE® solution will be immediately distributed through KION’s brand sales and service network across the EMEA region for industrial vehicles and services.

Andreas Schneider, Senior Vice President of Product Management at KION, stated: “We are very pleased to have entered into a strategic partnership with Eurofork, the market leader in pallet shuttle systems. This will enable us to offer our customers an even more comprehensive range of automated solutions and further strengthen our market position.”

Pallet shuttle systems represent an efficient storage method characterized by high flexibility, continuous material flow, and high throughput rates. Automated shuttles operate independently on track systems, transporting palletized goods through racks to picking stations. The E4CUBE® can provide customized solutions for customers via standard modules and be operational within a few months. Additionally, the system ensures traceability of goods and offers high levels of operational safety.

Maurizio Traversa, CEO of Eurofork, commented: “We are proud to sign this strategic cooperation agreement, marking a new milestone in our long-term collaboration with KION Group. Our pallet shuttle automation adds significant value for customers, and the partnership with KION will make it easier for businesses of all sizes to achieve automation. This solution also provides financial value without unnecessary complexity, thanks to our partner’s leasing options.”

Eurofork was founded in 2000 and is located in Roletto near Turin in northwestern Italy. The company specializes in the production of Italian-made material handling equipment such as pallet shuttle systems and telescopic forks. With its quality and efficiency, Eurofork’s products and solutions are widely used in global industrial automation and intralogistics.
